Caring for the whole person includes supporting the mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of all of our students. We provide support through challenging seasons in life as well as access to counseling resources to help the success of our students.
Counseling Services creates a safe, welcoming environment for exploring yourself and developing strategies that support your mental health. A staff of qualified providers offers short-term counseling to individuals and groups. The counseling center serves all Regis students who are currently attending full-time, in-person classes.

24-Hour Resources
Here you'll find 24-hour resources for immediate help with various needs. If you require assistance, emotional support, or information on essential services at any time, explore the options provided for round-the-clock support.
Victim Advocacy and Violence Prevention
The Victim Advocacy and Violence Prevention (VAVP) team includes a full-time, professional, confidential advocate. We provide a wide array of supportive services for survivors of traumas including assault, violence, stalking and harassment. We are here for current Regis students, faculty and staff who have experienced harm and for their friends and loved ones.
Spiritual Renewal
At times our problems may come in the form of spiritual restlessness as we deal with the brokenness of this world and ourselves. As a Jesuit Catholic university, we provide daily masses and time for confession with priests on request. If faith is something you are still exploring or want to learn more about, there are always people available to walk with you on your journey.
Care for the person ‘Cura Personalis,’ implies a dedication to promoting human dignity and care for the mind, body, and spirit of the person.
