Initially a reluctant college student, Dave is now a Higher Education junkie – having spent over 35 years in the field. He started at Regis in 1996 as a member of the Student Affairs team and after 26 Ranger Days decided to make the jump to Alumni Engagement. His passion (besides his faith, family and Mountain Dew) is connecting with Alumni, students, faculty and staff and creating experiences with them that leave the world a better place than we found it. In his spare time he teaches leadership classes, leads service trips, builds sets for the Regis Ramblers and is the university school bus driver. Most importantly, he is a long-time fan of Penny Dempsey St. John!

Ashley is a former elementary school teacher turned higher education enthusiast with a heart for building bridges and sparking connections. After years of inspiring young minds in the classroom, Ashley now channels that same passion into creating dynamic events and experiences that bring people together for the greater good. Whether it’s organizing a community event, fostering meaningful connections or igniting a positive spark in others, Ashley believes in the power of collaboration and the joy of learning at any stage in life. Outside of work, you can find her shopping the aisles of Costco, perusing a new local coffee shop and spending time outside with her family.
